Congratulations to 2A for officially being accepted into the 2nd Grade Hero Training Program. This morning, headquarters surprised the kids and presented them each with letters of acceptance. The kids will work on leadership skills and academic studies throughout the school year.

2A has been learning lots about being heroes. They made Hulk Smash pudding to show that challenges lead to great accomplishments, masks so we have super hero vision making hard goals, shields to defend us from distractions, and capes to go above and beyond in all we do.

August 21st, Back to School Night-Bring your school supplies and meet your teachers. 6:00-7:00. PTO will be selling Ice Cream treats again this year. There is a PTO meeting at 7:00 in the teachers work room on August 21st as well.
