Parents, There have been daily updates on coaching hires and coaching schedules that have impacted the summer activity schedules for summer weights and practices. Currently the summer weight programs will be as follows: High School Boys (Beginning May 30th) Monday 6:30-7:30 AM and 6:30 -7:30 PM Tuesday 6:30-7:30 AM Thursday 6:30 -7:30 AM and 6:30-7:30 PM Friday 6:30 - 7:30 AM and 6:30 - 7:30 PM JH Boys (Beginning June 7th) Monday-Thursday 7:30-8:15 AM High School Girls and JR High Girls (Starting June 5th) Monday-Thursday 8:15-9:15 AM These training sessions are great opportunities to enhance strength and agility, but more importantly to build trust, team cohesiveness and pride. These programs are available to students involved in any extra curricular sports and activities at the appropriate gender/grade level. Team practice and league information will be released as it becomes available. Thank you for your patience and flexibility.
