Below are the immunization requirements for the 2024-2025 school year: https://5il.co/1avug. Please review the requirements for each student that attends USD388 in your family. If you have questions about your child’s immunization status, contact your child’s primary care doctor, Ellis County Health Department (785-628-9440), or the school nurse (jgabel@usd388.com). If your student needs immunizations for the 2024-2025 school year, please contact your primary care doctor or Ellis County Health Department as soon as possible to ensure appointment availability. The school will also need proof of the received immunization in August at enrollment.
